23.01.24 Update on appointment of Chief Executive Officer

LONDON, 23 January 2024, further to the announcement of 14 December 2023 with respect to the appointment of Ashley Muldoon as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the Board of Global Switch confirms that all shareholder approvals for his appointment have now been received. Accordingly, Ashley was appointed a director and joined the Board of the Company on 22 January 2024.
